How to: Wrap text in multiple cells, rows or columns of a spreadsheet.
Solution:
Select the cells, rows, or columns. Select 'Cells...' from the 'Format' menu, click the 'Alignment' tab, and select the 'Wrap Text' check box.
To add text wrap for multiple cells, rows, or columns:
1) Select the desired cell, row, or column.
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Cells...'. (The Format Cells dialog box appears.)
3) Click the 'Alignment' tab.
4) Select the 'Wrap Text' check box.
NOTE: If the 'Wrap Text' check box is already checked, do not clear it. The text wrap feature is already turned on.
5) Click 'OK'.
